A bear has been visiting neighbours garbage bins this week so we scraped up the leftover winter birdseed from under the feeders and put it on the ice for the ducks and geese.
Two Canada Geese have now staked out our boathouse as their 'spot' and honk loudly every time we venture outdoors.
I think it's amusing.
Lucy doesn't care.
But I'm sure once all the cottagers come back up they'll be annoyed.
I'd rather have geese than bears.
That is funny...getting scolding in your own yard. Also, when I first read it I had a vision of a bear trying to walk out on the ice to get to the food and falling in!
