After the thaw.

After record breaking balmy temperatures on Wednesday, a mighty wind came through the flash froze everything.

The wind took out branches too and this Beech tree branch narrowly missed our Beater.
It broke the fence rail, harpooned the septic bed but the buds are food for the deer.

Since the deer like nibbling on it, we're thinking that if we leave it long enough they just might eat most of it so there won't be much for us to clean up!
