Angry fish?

When we were pulling into McD's yesterday to get coffee, I noticed something fishy with the town's fountain sculpture.
One of the fish was shooting water directly at the bears butt!

I walked around the sculpture and could see the fish was actually shooting water at the bears side.

Meanwhile the pressure coming from the other fish had diminished greatly.

David thought it looked like one of the fish was angry.
However I think it's the town maintenance guys that are going to be angry.
No doubt some artful teenagers are having a good laugh.  I know I am.
