Chainsaw Log Carving

There was a nasty snow squall that blew overnight and through to the morning.  When the white out ended, we went in to town.

At the Canadian Tire Store in the parking lot was the Annual Chainsaw Carving Event.  So we stopped to have a look.

The way in was clearly marked (tee-hee)

The air was filled with the sound of buzzing chainsaws and the smell of chainsaw fluid.

There were quite a few exhibitors.

Some of the carvings were amazing.

 This eagle wheelbarrow sure was interesting.

There was even a booth to buy a chainsaw.

It was fun to see the creative carvings but not so much fun walking around in the cold.
