Summer weather

Well it figures. Everyone goes back to the city and the weather turns fantastic.

It also figures that the weather gets hot and humid and we have to stack wood. 16 face cords to be exact.

Chippy is helping stack wood.

Meanwhile, the girls are down at the shoreline basking in the September sun.

During one of our many, many, many, many breaks from stacking wood, it's difficult not to look outside on such a beautiful day!

Maybe over the winter an ice storm will take out that branch!
