Thursday night

The squalls finally stopped around 10pm. It's turned into a fabulous starry night and the Milkyway is stunning.

At least 20cm has fallen since early this morning. The first big snowfall of the year.
It must have taken some people by surprise as there are no snowplows to be seen on The Point.

Sure is pretty and it's really quiet too. The snow is acting like sound insulation.
