Tuesday

It was a really nice day on Tuesday.  The sun came out, the sky was blue and the trees were still showing their colours.

These trees, a Beech and Maple, are beside the cottage.  Beautiful!

Meanwhile out on the lake, the marinas are busy collecting boats to get them winterized.  Here is a boat towing 2 PWC's off to a marina.

But all is not perfect here in our little corner or paradise.
This Hairy Woodpecker and her 2 brothers collect seed from the feeder and then crack the nuts and seeds on sections of the Gazebo.
They use the roof, the railings the ledges and sometimes they use the roof of the cottage and that makes Lucy bark because she thinks someone is knocking at the door.

The Gazebo is going to need new wood pieces here and there.

It's really quiet outside now that most of the cottagers have closed up for the year.  Too bad they're missing out on just how beautiful it is here right now.

We get to enjoy it though. It sure is pretty.
