Dinner Menu

Looking out the kitchen window is like looking at a menu from a fancy restaurant.


Medallions of Axis Venison 
with leek and artichoke ragout and foie gras stuffed Morel mushrooms


Wild Turkey Salad
Sliced turkey breast on a bed of crisp greens mixed with tomeatoes, avocado slices, green onions, red onions, bell peppers, carrots, red cabbage, mushrooms, quartered eggs & cheese




And under the feeder downstairs:


Muscovy Duck Breast 
Carrot Confit, Parsnip Puree, White Wine Poached Fennel Tears 





I wonder what wine poached fennel tears are?
