Monday's boil.

Here's what we got from Monday's boil.  It's about 1.25 liters.  We started boiling around 10:30 am and finished around 5 pm.

The sap flow has slowed down. It's mild outside and overcast, plus we didn't get a freeze last night. I don't think we'll be doing another boil for several days.

However, we're getting better at making maple syrup now that we've done it a couple of times. Seasoned pros!!
