Sometimes ducks sit on our dock and sun themselves.
Occasionally a Blue Heron will land and peer over the edge looking for crayfish or snails.
We even get mail tossed on our dock.
We have a neighbour that had some pretty funky art that showed up on their dock.
It must scare the beejeebers out of the ducks and blue herons. Oh, and the dock mailboy too.
I was going to say, that dock art was originally in the distillery!
ReplyDeleteIt was beside the giant war-of-the-worlds spider thingy near the sake place behind the condos. I guess that must either be the original artist, or they purchased it from there.
I was in The Distillery when we lived there. We were glad to see it go and stunned when we saw it come here. It's been sitting on their dock for a couple of years. I wonder if they take it "in" during the winter?
