Wiarton Willie, an albino Groundhog who lives not too far away say's we're in for an early spring.
He made the prognostication amid -30oC windchill today.
I personally think he's fibbing. He just wants it to be spring.
Tomorrow there will be a full moon.
Just now the moon showed us how beautiful it's going to be tomorrow. Sort of a warm-up (pun intended) amid the continuing -30oC windchill.
We didn't get any snow to speak of this morning like they did down in the Big Smoke. It was a beautiful sunny day with a magnificent blue sky.
Oh, and a neighbour spotted 12 deer walking across the lake from Christmas Island and heading to their usual wintering area up in the back 40.
Such a wintry scene! I wish we could have snow without the cold!
