Freeze up

The lake is slowly freezing over.

First the little bays freeze.

Then the bigger bays.
The ice is very thin right now much like a pane of glass.

It'll be several weeks before the whole lake freezes completely and I've got the  mini-snowblower ready
to clear a patch for ice skating.
