What the .......

A neighbour has an air-boat, or whatever it's called, so when the lake ice becomes dodgy he brings it out.

The lake ice is probably getting thin but there are no pressure cracks that would indicate it's moving.

However this boat with what sounds like an airplane engine in it, travels across the ice with great speed and great noise too!

It was the sum total of our excitement for the day. Well, except for the garbage truck that we heard way down the road.
