Even MORE snow

The weather forecast is calling for more squalls today and by Friday 50cm of snow would be the total for the week.  I think we've already reached 50cm (20 inches).  If not, it sure seems like it.

The snow on the Gazebo is up to the belly of the whale weathervane.

The snow looks like a bakers hat on the birdhouse.

The satellite dish is buried in snow so we don't have TV or radio.  Thank goodness we have a load of DVD's and Songza on the iPhone.

And thank goodness David has a new toy to remove the snow from the driveway.

Lucy loves burying her head in this deep snow looking for treasures. (deer poo)

Our neighbours new deck is buried in snow.

The squalls just keep coming and it doesn't let up.

Winter in the Great White North.  Although officially, it isn't winter yet.

We still have a chipmunk that doesn't know it's time to hibernate.  I tossed some seed out on our lower deck hoping to get a good photo.

Chippy went away, and look who showed up right on the deck to eat the seed!

It sure is pretty outside with all the snow.  Quiet too.

Tomorrow the sun is supposed to reappear.  If and when it does, we plan to go for a short photographic journey.
