Late January post

It was so cold last week and then with snow squalls on the weekend we didn't do our weekly trek to the dump.
But Google went to the dump via last week's photo and this is surely what it looks like there today.

In the local newspaper, this photo appeared showing a boathouse that collapsed from the weight of snow.

Also in the newspaper is a debate over this photo captured by local residents on their trail-cam.
Some think it's a cougar, other think it's a deer.

I think it's a deer by the ears. Because the legs are deep in the snow, the animal looks shorter much like a cougar.
